Coming to the stage at State Dock on Friday night is none other than blues legend Stacy Mitchhart! For any blues fan, this is a must see performance!
A regular fan favorite at blues hangouts like BB Kings and Bourbon Street Blues & Boogie in Nashville, Mitchhart and his band have built a worldwide fan base thanks to phenomenal live performances, national TV exposure, radio airplay, loyal enthusiastic fans and aggressive marketing and merchandising campaigns. His masterful guitar work and strong vocals have been the driving forces behind his successful career.
He has won numerous industry awards, released 9 CD’s and 1 DVD/CD and 1 Documentary, and holds 13 major endorsements. Stacy Mitchhart actively tours the US and abroad performing over 265 shows a year.
Mitchhart has appeared on numerous television shows including PBS Jubilee Concert Series (2 separate concerts), TBS “Dinner and a Movie”, HBO Featured acting role in Mockumentary ”Trick or Treat”, The Speed Channel (intro promos for NASCAR races) and Monday Night Football (twice for Tennessee Titans appearances including original compositions for the broadcast). Independent filmmaker Tim Hardiman has released a documentary of Mitchhart’s life on the Documentary Channel).

Exit 99 returns to State Dock Saturday night
Making an anticipated return to State Dock is one of our favorite bands, Exit 99. We always enjoy having Exit 99 on stage as they keep the crowd going all night with their favorite songs. As their website describes Exit 99….
Exit 99 is an eclectic and only slightly pretentious six piece band from the Frankfort and Lexington areas. We have performed at various venues around the region for the last few years. The group was voted 2008′s Best Local Band at the Frankfort People’s Choice Awards. We perform a variety of styles including classic rock, blues, Motown and alternative rock. The band also boats very unique arrangements and instrumentation.
